Power Zen is heading back to Invisible City! Join us as we move & groove within this extra vibey space on Sunday March 10th, 2024 at 10:30am. I'll be guiding a 65-minute all-levels power flow yoga practice, followed by a 15-minute meditation from my friend, Brian, lead of Samyoga.

And of course, my favorite DJ / brother, Huntske, will be providing the live soundscape for us the whole way through.
